Terms of Service
Effective September 20, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Renviq's websites, control plane, APIs, managed PostgreSQL services, and related features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. If you use Renviq for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Service use
You may use Renviq only in compliance with applicable law. You may not misuse the service, interfere with other customers, probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, facilitate abuse, or attempt to bypass quotas, security controls, or access restrictions.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to Renviq and grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up, restore, and otherwise process it to provide the service. You are responsible for your applications, database content, permissions, and lawful basis for processing personal information.
Plans, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval shown at purchase. Usage-based charges, limits, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed in the product or checkout flow. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but beta, preview, or early-access features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We may modify features or limits to maintain security, performance, or viability and will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes when practical.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, respond to security threats, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or comply with law. You may stop using Renviq at any time. Data export and deletion are subject to the product's available controls, retention periods, and legal obligations.
Confidentiality and security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other. You are responsible for configuring access appropriately and maintaining secure copies or exports where your risk requirements call for them.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Renviq develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
