Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Renviq collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use our managed PostgreSQL services.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, work email, organization, authentication records, and support communications. We also process service data including database configuration, usage, billing status, security events, device and network information, and operational logs needed to run and protect the service.

Product analytics

We use privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand page visits, onboarding progress, feature adoption, and service usability. These records may include a random browser and session identifier, page path, referring website, campaign parameters, browser, operating system, device category, and product actions such as button clicks or onboarding milestones. Renviq analytics does not record passwords, form contents, database credentials, SQL text, customer database content, or keystrokes. We respect supported browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Renviq, authenticate users, provision and operate databases, process payments, deliver transactional messages, respond to support requests, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, understand onboarding and product adoption, and improve the product.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, payment, monitoring, and communications providers to operate Renviq. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under applicable contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Database content

Customer database content remains under the customer's control. We process it only as needed to host, back up, restore, secure, troubleshoot, or comply with lawful obligations. Customers are responsible for the data they store and for providing any notices required to their own users.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service information while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate operational records. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before scheduled deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use strong authentication, least-privilege access, and appropriate application-level protections.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You may also manage account and messaging preferences from the service where available. Account exports include product analytics associated with the requesting user.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries where Renviq or its providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
